Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup almond milk çà
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 diced apples
- 3 tablespoons chopped hazelnut
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375 ° F.
- In a bowl, mix flour with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the maple syrup, oil and vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients while stirring.
- Stir in apples.
- Place paper cups in the twelve cells of a muffin pan. Spread the dough in the molds, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Bake for 23 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
