Recipe: Apple and Cinnamon Muffins

By Michelle D Leave a Comment

Recipe: Apple and Cinnamon Muffins

We are preparing for the arrival of fall with this perfect recipe for apple and cinnamon muffins. Perfect for breakfast or a snack, these muffins are very mellow. We find in this recipe the texture of the apples, the sweetness of the maple syrup and a delicate scent of cinnamon.

The association of apple and cinnamon has really proven itself over time, but this time with a touch of originality, adding a touch of maple syrup to the dough. The result is a very soft and melting muffin in the mouth – delicious!

These muffins can be kept for 3 to 4 days in an airtight container at room temperature.
