And unlike traditional kale or spinach, this smoothie incorporates exciting, unique ingredients bursting with both nutrients and flavor.

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups water/ice
8 cups loose bok choy and yu choy (coarsely chopped)
1 cup Chinese celery
1-2 cups bean sprouts
4 tangelos
2 bananas, frozen in chunks
1/2 tsp stevia
4 cups frozen mixed berries
Method
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy immediately.
You can also make this in advance, pour into ice cube trays and freeze for future blending.
